Firework is a structured career coaching programme approved by the ICF (International Coaching Federation). It takes you from ‘feeling stuck’, or at a crossroads, to making a fully action-able plan for moving confidently into a brand new career or business.

The programme will 
help you identify an exciting and viable new career direction.
Firework provides a framework for the coaching in the form of interesting and engaging exercises and profound guided meditations. These will bring out your creativity and resourcefulness and direct it toward discovering the right next step for your working life.
The programme has been designed in three phases: EXPLORE. DREAM. DISCOVER. In the first phase you will explore what matters most to you in your career and life. You will get clear about your own strengths, skills, values and ideal working life. In the Dream phase, you will research jobs, careers or business ideas to turn your dream job into a reality. In the discover phase you will take step by step action to make it all happen.
Everything that we discuss in the course of the Firework Career Coaching Programme is entirely confidential. And sessions can be face-to-face, over the phone, over Skype or a mix of these.

As well as the in-depth Firework programme, I offer interview coaching, to build your skills and confidence in going into a job interview.
